This Privacy Policy covers information handled by Worthy Restos when you use this website, submit a form, request service, or pay an invoice. The site is a static Astro website hosted on Cloudflare. We use self-hosted Plausible analytics. Contact and intake forms use Tally, and payments use Stripe. The client area uses self-hosted Invoice Ninja.

We do not sell your personal information, rent it to third parties, or use submitted contact, service, or payment information to build marketing profiles, retargeting audiences, or advertising lists.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
  • Service details you provide, such as device make, model, serial number, photos, project notes, symptoms, website details, or support requests.
  • Messages and follow-up correspondence related to estimates, scheduling, repair status, support, or project work.
  • Invoice and client-area records from Invoice Ninja, such as client name, email address, billing details, invoice status, invoice amount, payment history, estimates, and client messages.
  • Payment records from Stripe when you pay an invoice or checkout, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, and limited billing details. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe.
  • Request and security data processed by Cloudflare when the site is loaded, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, cache activity, firewall events, and performance logs.
  • Aggregate site analytics, including page views, referrers, device type, browser, operating system, country, and custom event names. Plausible is not configured to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, form submissions, or text you enter into this site.

Cloudflare hosting

This site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network traffic and request data to deliver pages, route DNS, cache assets, block abusive traffic, apply firewall rules, measure performance, and keep the site online. We use this information for site operation and security, not advertising profiles. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Plausible analytics

This site uses self-hosted Plausible analytics to measure page views, referrers, and button events. Analytics reports are not sent to Plausible as a third-party analytics provider. We use these reports to see which pages are visited, how people find the site, and whether key links are used. Plausible does not collect personally identifiable information, form contents, payment information, advertising audiences, or cross-site browsing history.

Tally forms

Contact and intake forms on this site are hosted by Tally. When you submit a form, Tally receives the information you enter and processes technical details used to deliver the form, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Tally's handling of form data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Invoice Ninja client area

The client area uses self-hosted Invoice Ninja for invoices, estimates, client records, payment status, and related messages. Invoice Ninja is used for client access and invoice management, not advertising profiles or retargeting audiences.

Stripe payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you pay through Stripe, Stripe collects payment method details, billing details, transaction information, fraud-prevention signals, and records used to complete and secure the payment. We receive only the records needed for bookkeeping, service fulfillment, refunds, and dispute handling. Stripe's handling of payment data is described in its Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to contact requests and provide estimates, scheduling, support, repair, restoration, automotive electronics, and website services.
  • Understand the item, system, website, or project you are asking about.
  • Communicate about status updates, appointments, and next steps.

Stripe uses cookies or similar technologies when you interact with Stripe-hosted payment pages or payment tools. Invoice Ninja uses cookies for client-area login sessions and invoice access. You can control cookies using your browser settings, but blocking them may affect hosted form behavior, client-area access, payment flows, or Cloudflare security checks.

Third-party content

Pages with embedded forms, external favicons, or other linked third-party resources load files from outside this website. When your browser loads those resources, the provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page where the resource appeared.

Data security

We limit access to submitted information to the accounts and services used for estimates, scheduling, repairs, support, websites, payments, refunds, and disputes. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Data retention

We retain submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, keep reasonable business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
